Response time: within 48 hours on business days. CLI Pulse is built and supported by a single developer, so deeper investigations may take longer; reports with clear repro steps and screenshots are triaged fastest.

Before you file a bug

Including the following lets us reproduce the issue much faster:

Platform and version (e.g. macOS 15.3, iOS 18.4, Android 15)
CLI Pulse app version (Settings → About)
Which provider(s) are involved (Claude / Codex / Gemini / etc.)
Whether you're signed in and whether sync is on
Reproduction steps and expected vs. actual behavior
Screenshots if the issue is visible in the UI

Please do not paste API keys, session cookies, or full session-log JSONL contents into a bug report. We don't need them, and we explicitly ask not to receive them.

Subscriptions and billing

CLI Pulse subscriptions are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Billing). Manage, change, or cancel your subscription in:

iPhone / iPad / Mac: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
Apple Watch: manage from your iPhone using the same path
Android: Google Play app → profile menu → Payments & subscriptions

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google directly through the same store accounts. We can help with anything store-side that requires our confirmation — please email clipulse.support@gmail.com.

Account management

Sign out: Settings → Account → Sign Out
Delete account / data: Settings → Account → Delete Account — cascading deletes remove all associated rows within 30 days
Export your data: Overview tab → Export Report — produces a PDF or CSV

Privacy & security

Privacy Policy — what stays on your device, what syncs to your account, who the sub-processors are.
Data Handling — per-category table.
Security Policy — vulnerability reporting and credential handling.

Downloads

iOS / iPadOS / watchOS — App Store
macOS — signed & notarized DMG on GitHub Releases
Android (beta) — Google Play internal testing or APK on GitHub Releases
