FAQ

How does AI task extraction work? FlowPilot analyzes your text input and identifies actionable tasks, deadlines, and priorities. In the free version, a local mock engine is used. Pro unlocks cloud AI for more accurate extraction.
Is my data private? Yes. All data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. Nothing is sent to external servers unless you explicitly use AI extraction.
Does it work offline? Yes. All core features (tasks, projects, focus timer, daily plan) work completely offline. Only AI extraction requires a network connection when using the Pro cloud service.
How do I sync across devices? iCloud sync is planned for a future update. Currently, each device maintains its own local data.
How do I restore my subscription? Go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID.
