By downloading, installing, or using Stride ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Stride is a habit tracking application available on iOS and macOS. The App allows you to create and track daily habits, view statistics, and use home screen widgets. Some features require a paid subscription (Stride Pro).
Stride offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Stride offers an optional account and cloud sync feature. If you choose to create an account, you will sign in with your email address. Your habit data is then transmitted securely (via HTTPS) to our servers for the purpose of syncing across your devices. You may delete your account and all associated server-side data at any time from the app's Settings. Cloud sync is entirely optional — the app is fully functional without an account.
All habit data you create within Stride is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, your data is also stored on our servers as described above. We do not access, analyze, or share your habit data.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, and code, are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
