By downloading or using Wearform (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Wearform helps you catalogue your clothes, build outfits, and get styling suggestions. Photos and your wardrobe data are processed on your device; with iCloud sync on they also mirror to your own private iCloud database (see the Privacy Policy).
Wearform Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription, and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Use the App only with images you own or are permitted to use. Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
