Where is my data stored?

On your Mac. Non-sensitive fields are plain JSON in ~/Library/Application Support/Tetsuzukit/ (or the folder you chose during setup). Sensitive fields — residence card, bank account, passport — live in the macOS Keychain. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete everything?

Open Settings → Privacy → Delete Tetsuzukit profile data. It removes every JSON file and Keychain entry the app wrote. There is nothing on any server to delete.

Is my data private?

Yes. The Mac App Store version makes no outbound network requests, has no accounts, no analytics, and no servers. Nothing leaves your Mac unless you export or sync it yourself.

How does the Quick Copy panel work?

Press ⌥⌘F (Option-Command-F) anywhere to open it, then click any field to copy it in the format you need. Rebind the shortcut in Settings → General.

How do I fill a PDF?

Open the PDF Overlay Helper, choose a PDF, click where each value goes and type or pick it from your profile, then Export to get a flattened PDF. Preview and placement are free; flattened export is a Pro feature.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free gives you one fully-functional profile with every field, every formatter, Keychain-secured sensitive fields, postal lookup, the Quick Copy panel, PDF preview/placement, and JSON export/import. Pro adds unlimited profiles, flattened-PDF export, and future Pro features.

I bought Pro but it shows Free.

Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID, then relaunch. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your purchase date.
